Josiah Overton Cook

Was Josiah Overton Cook, on the 1850 Warren County Census, the son of Isaac Cook, d. 1855 Warren County? If so, was he the son of Isaac's first wife, Nancy Ruddell, or second wife, Mary Gray? Josiah's widow, Margaret, moved to Allen County after Josiah's death. I will appreciate any information.
