My records have him the son of John Harrison Brown (1817-1896) and Sarah Epperson (m. 1839), the grandson of Allsey Brown (1791-1864) and Nancy T. Childress (m. 1816), and the great grandson of Drury Brown (1765-abt1839) and Elizabeth Jent (m. 1790). I have him married to Mary C. Tracy (1870) with the following children: R. T. Wilson (1871), Martha A. (1874), and Celia O. Brown (1877).
