Justice of the Peace, early 1800's

Hi,
I am looking for some information on a Justice of the Peace in Allen Co., Ky. in the time frame of early to mid 1800's named ANDREW HARRISON. If anyone has or knows where I might find out more on this Andrew Harrison I would appreciate any help. I believe he is the son of Richard and Rachel Harrison, but I am not sure. If it is the correct Andrew, his wife would have been Catherine Strater.
