All I have on him is he is on the 1830 census for Allen Co. Ky. He was listed as John Costelloe Allen, Kentucky 1830 United States Federal Census. I have an Eliza Costellow who Married John Anderson in 1828 in Allen Co. Ky. who I would say has to be John's daughter. She was born 1800 in Ky. Allen Co. Ky. was formed from Warren Co. Ky. and I think that the Costellows (many different spellings) was living in 1800. There is two male Costellows on the 1840 Allen Co. census who is probably John's sons. I haven't found a will yet.
