The Hog Pen Precient was a voting precient in Allen County KY just east of Scottsville and included what is now known as Vinegar Hill/Hollant Road/Highway 100 East. The Allen County Court Clerk has some of the precients of the early years (early 1900) and maybe able to give the boundrys a little better. Hope this is helps.
