Hello Margaret, I haven't done any family checkups for a while, but I just came across your post about Joseph and Nancy Meredith.
We're directly related--I'm also a great-granddaughter. My grandmother was Leona Neal Meredith, the sister of Hubert, Will, Mitchell and Daisy. Leona, known as Lena, married my grandfather Rupert Huntsman. I never knew Hubert, but I knew Aunt Daisy well, and once went to Scottsville and saw her in 1970. She came to California several times when I was young (where I was born and now live). My father, Joseph R. Huntsman, (d. 1991), was also an M.D., and his uncle Mitchell was a pharmacist. I heard the name of Hubert Meredith many times when I was growing up. I have more to share on the Merediths. Please contact me directly.
