Shaykh Abu Hamza highlighted the mass murder and ethnic cleansing of the Muslims in Palestine at the hands of the Zionist Jews, which has been funded by the UK and the US. Shaykh Abu Hamza constantly asked why the Zionist Entity occupying Palestine can afford to continue its bloody and ruthless attacks against unarmed Muslims in Palestine, when it has no natural resources to support its economy furthermore where does it get the money to continue its multi-billion dollar WMD Programme. Shaykh Abu Hamza has never compromised his message and has only highlighted the miscarriages of justice against Muslims. Highlighting the Wests policies and atrocities in Iraq, Afghanistan, Chechnya, Bosnia Herzegovina, Kosovo, Albania, Indonesia, Sudan, Philippines, Egypt and the soon to be ex-saudi Arabia (Inshallah). Shaykh Abu Hamza has exposed the covert hand behind the September 11th Attacks. Exposing how entire steel structures cannot simply collapse by damage to a comparatively small area, exposing how steel does not melt with highly combustive aviation fuel which would instantly ignite on impact (not to mention that the temperature generated by burning fuel is not even hot enough to make steel melt!). Also using his engineering expertise to describe how the collapse of the Twin-Towers was nothing less than an internal demolition. This was just the tip of the ice-berg, since Shaykh Abu Hamzas made a decision to publish a book on the subject of 9-11 exposing the US Government using detailed evidence and the use of hundreds of never seen before photographs of the structural damage to the World Trade Centre. It appears this was the last straw, and the US Government wanted Shaykh Abu Hamza silenced. This matter is far from the so-called evidence the US Government has on Shaykh Abu Hamza, rather it is what Shaykh Abu Hamza has on the US Government! By taking such action the US Government appears to breaking every rule in the book, aided and abetted by its loyal poodle Tony Blair. One wonders how a person can be tried for a crime in a country, without setting foot in such a country? Why is the US Law being applied to Shaykh Abu Hamza when the Shaykh has never set a foot in the United Snakes of America? Does this mean US Laws apply to all people living in Britain? Rather these same trumped-up charges were dismissed by the British Judiciary itself in 1999. The US and UK Governments are acting on nothing other than a personal vendetta against Shaykh Abu Hamza. Why else would Blair, Blunkett and Co. specifically make a review in Citizenship Laws in order to target Shaykh Abu Hamza and to revoke his citizenship. Even after a blatant misapplication of these made-to-measure laws, revoking the Shaykh of his citizenship even though he is not a dual-national. Blunkett ran to his Master - US Attorney General Reverend John Ashcroft, again going out of his way for the purposes of a vendetta against Shaykh Abu Hamza in order to secure a UK-US extradition treaty specifically targeting Shaykh Abu Hamza, which brings us to the present
The arrest of a noble Shaykh at the request of the US Government, the same US Government which literally blew the World Trade Centre out of all proportions by demolishing it to dust. The very Terrorist Government and Worlds No.1 Rogue State that ordered the arrest of Shaykh Abu Hamza just days after he made it known that he will expose the USA and put into print all corresponding factual evidence. This recent re-arrest under UK Laws, only strengthens what Supporters of Shariah stated previously and have re-iterated above. By re-arresting the Shaykh under UK Legislation, the Government is continuing to make things up as it goes along, slipping at every point by doing things back to front. From making new laws to securing extradition treaties simply to target Shaykh Abu Hamza, and now these appear to be failing, the Government is reverting back to re-arresting the Shaykh under UK Legislation, which many would question should have been looked at first. But this only serves to expose the Governments lies because they had already stated previously that the Shaykh did not break any Laws in the UK. Since these statements were made to the public in light of the US extradition request, the only place the Shaykh has been is in Prison, and the Government seems to be bent on its oppression against the Shaykh even after being proven wrong time and time again. THE U.K. GOVERNMENTS RE-ARREST OF SHAYKH ABU HAMZA AL-MASRI
On Thursday 26th August Shaykh Abu Hamza al-Masri was re-arrested while in the process of being transported from Belmarsh Prison to appear in Court for a bail hearing. The arrest was under section 41 of the Terrorism Act 2000 in relation to the "commission, preparation or instigation of acts of terrorism". The spokesman for London's Metropolitan Police said the British case was "a totally separate UK domestic inquiry that has nothing to do with the ongoing extradition procedures against this man". According to our information charges under the Terrorism Act would take precedence over extradition proceedings.
This was following his original arrest on the 27th of May 2004 at his home by the Metropolitan Police on the orders of the US Government for extradition.
