I also dig the work Cog do but you have to understand they have a management deal which gives them bucks travel promote etc, the company is TPA management I think. We all do music because we love it and if agaugefors music is a little hard to find well maybe thats a good thing so that only those who really want to listen to it get their hands on it

My band recently recorded 4 songs. We got the studio for free but its costing us $600 and thats without pressing the CDS, artwork, cd cases, and then to try and play anywhere besides newcastle (where we all live) would be next to impossible. The other thing you've got to consider is that original bands don't get paid a shitload of money to play. We've played 4 gigs this month and not one of them has paid.
