i have been an agaugefor fan for years, ever since reproach came out. I love their music, but i wasn't even aware that ultranationalism came out. Obviously they care nothing about promoting their releases, especially to interstate fans. as a result of lack of updates on the website, lack of gigs (ESPECIALLY interstate) and just lack of interaction has made me lose a lot of interest in the band, which is a shame coz i used to really dig them.
by the way, what's the new album like?
See this is what i mean, if it's THAT hard to even get a copy of the album, obviously the band aren't really that interested in letting the wider public hear it. I mean, compare it to a band called cog. They have also released 2 EPs and an album soon. However they constantly tour interstate, send posters and other merch to their street teams to promote gigs and releases and are always updating their website. They've been to adelaide 3 times this year (in between recording an album) and the fourth will be on the 23rd. AgaugeFor have never even come here!! What's the deal guys??
Sorry about the rant but it aggrevates me, especially when the band is so talented and has some great songs to show off.
