When the three words form a unfinished sentence the sentence explains what our motives are lyrically! 'Gauging' something or someone is an action we all need to do more often instead of "fence sitting" in this political climate, if you read the bio right through it pretty much explains that.As Serj Tankian from System of a Down says, "We can't afford to be neutral on a moving train"!
