It took my rages and my pleading and finally, our therapist told him that every time he lies or distorts the truth, it sets me all the way back to the beginning - that much further from recovery. I think that it took 3-6 months before all the truth came out. I still couldn't stop asking questions over and over again. I then demanded that he tell me all of his flirtations and misdeeds in all of our life together. This began total truth in our marriage and little by little, my questioning stopped.
You must convince him that radical disclosure is necessary for your recovery.
Good luck on this. Its the only way.
