I am going through this right now as well. But my husband "cheated" while we were seperated, so does it still count as cheating? I moved out of the houde, took all my things including the cat and was working on the divorce paperwork. Had the property settlement agreement all ready to be filed and we started talking and slowly seeing each other again. Little did I know that he had been talking with an ex girlfriend before I moved out of the house and within 5 days of me moving out he slept with her in "our" bed. I found out and wanted to kill him but my therapist says that since we were seperated I really can't and don't have the right to be angry. Um... I kinda feel differently and I am hurt and angry.
Any thoughts?
