I have 2 CDs worth of past messages. I am packaging them with my "Ready for Love Tutorial" at a minimum cost(ie. no charge for the messages).

How to get the images out of my head

I found out last month my wife had an affair about 5 years ago. Last month was our 10-year anniversary. It was a very short-term thing, happened only twice with someone she barely knew, and I really believe she truly regrets what happened and would take it back if at all possible, but of course that can't happen. I've gone through just about every emotion possible, but does anyone have any suggestions on how to get the images I have out of my head of them?
