It is good that your H realizes he owes the H an apology, but I doubt the man will want to hear this from your H. The only person who really owes a SP anything is the one they are married to and that is where the remorse and apology must come from.
There is one thing that message boards do stress and that is to not allow the OP to take up rental space in your head. They mean nothing, they are worth nothing and once we get that down, we can focus on what is important and that is why our SP, who professes to love us above all, would do the most damaging thing possible to us.
