Eight years ago I found out my H had an affair with a coworker. I suspected he had one with another woman that I know. He swore up and down nothing ever happened between them even though I knew he had spent the night at her house. We went for counseling for a year and I decided to stay and work things out. But over these 8 years, I continued to accuse him of an affair with this other woman. Well about 2 weeks ago, I told him I knew he had had sex with her and I was tired of his lying and I was going to leave him so he finally confessed.Even though I knew it, I went nuts again like when I found out about the first one. He has answered many questions but ofcourse it's been so long, he doesn't remember everything. I just keep getting these visuals and this awful rage comes over me. I know he loves me and I know he is truly remorseful but it really hurts that he lied for so long!I'm just not sure how to get over this one!!
