Did your W fully understand the trauma her A caused you and did you feel she was working with you in the recovery attempt? If she was not fully immersed in helping you recover then that may be why you are still stuck.
You and your W probably need to go back to the first steps of recovery and start over with her participating fully. Have you told her that the A still haunts you to this extent? She cannot help if she does not know there is a problem.
