I have 2 CDs worth of past messages. I am packaging them with my "Ready for Love Tutorial" at a minimum cost(ie. no charge for the messages).

Look into filing some legal action against this therapist. File a complaint with the professional lic. board. Look into filing against him for damages, it might be good 'therapy' for you to do this, get an attorney. If nothing else, it will shake him up! Sounds like you are struggling with post traumatic stress. Actually, a large number of betrayed spouses deal with many of the emotions you are relating. It does get easier with time. Those mental images do fade and get easier to suppress. There is no quick fix for this. Three months is just the begining of the healing process.
