Still in Love

I had a brief affair with my high school sweetheart that ended a couple of months ago. I do still love him and think of him daily. Both of us are married and our spouses know of the affair. I've tried reading parts of After the Affair but end up tearful, sad or depressed when I try to read it. I find it difficult to think about or plan for the future because I would like a future with him.
