I have 2 CDs worth of past messages. I am packaging them with my "Ready for Love Tutorial" at a minimum cost(ie. no charge for the messages).
Go to www.willingspirits.com/affair/ready1.htm to order.

Therapy can work if you realize it is really the two of you deciding to fix things with the help of someone trained to guide you through the minefield.
For example, they may tell you that referring to your spouse who cheated as "the idiot" will make them defensive and less likely to want to participate.
On the other hand, a therapist may point out in sessions that you are expressing your pain.
In any event, what do you have to lose?
I recommend giving it a shot.
