Oh Susie,
I remember mine. This need for attention and admiration that too many folks (mostly men I think) have reminds me of the most famous of them - Bill Clinton. He had everything and risked it all for female attention. How do they get over this?
What did your husband do for therapy to try to alleviate this need?
I know that this need comes from a low self-esteem, but I also realize that this is too simplistic. There are many people whose self-esteem is not the best and they do not "philander". There must be more to it, but I haven't figured out what drives them.
I guess what is the most important is that it has stopped,
Susie - I am glad that you and your husband have worked it out and I hope that you two have found the peace and harmony that your deserve.
Fond regards,
Sophia
