Staying off the topic of your own swinging habits, I do see where you are in a bind of how to tell this employee what you know without exposing yourself. One of the things you must consider is that this woman already knows and chooses not to change her marriage. If he swings and also has a flat with this OW then he must be gone from home a lot and surely she has caught on by now or may even not care what he does as long as she is not involved in it.
Is there any way you can let the H know what you have been told about him without him realizing how you found out? If he was somehow warned that his W's boss knows about the OW and his swinging life he might end it. If you knew him well enough you could tell him to confess or your W would be told but I doubt you have that type of relationship with him. You could send her proof through the mail without identifying the sender? I do believe she does need to be told in case she has no idea. She is risking her health if this man is careless in his sexual habits and may also be living what she believes is a normal loving life when in fact she is living just the opposite.
