I read what you wrote about ow's conversation with the police... I know the situation is not funny but I had to laugh. I work with a lot of emergency situations. I can't believe she called and said what she did.
Personally I think she should be fined for calling. Wonder if her call would have prevented a REAL emergency from getting through quickly.
