Living arrangments

I'm still living in the same house as my wife, she stays upstairs in the bedroom, I sleep on the couch. It is starting to get real tense. I just found out from my lawyer that my wife put in a request a couple weeks ago to have me leave he house. Nice. I don't see my son enough as it is and now that time will be even less. Can anyone share some experiences? I would like to share use of the house (4 days her, 3 days me) so that we can each share in responsibilities of he kids.
