Any decent attorney would tell him to forget this idea. His wife chooses to gossip about their personal affairs and they listen and respond. This is not a legal matter but one of judgement on his W's part. What these women say on breaks to each other is not the school's responsibility. What the school is responsible for is what is said and done that would affect the children and private conversations would not be one of those things. His W has her mind set on divorce and would have found other people to reinforce her views even if she was not working with these particular women.
