Edward, you have such wonderful advice! Thanks for taking the time to share with me. I agree that my self-esteem is indeed hindering my judgement. I am getting that book you suggested, and finding what all I can on the topic. I guess I never viewed myself as having low self-esteem because I feel quite capable and confident, but I do think I gave him so much power and control that I find myself believing his words. Which are about as geniuine as an attorney at confession. Thanks, Alli
