I recently returned from trip to my dad. He has a new girlfriend and they are constantly at each other'ss throats. I thought I was ready for how he would treat me but boy was I wrong. I mean he has always been emotionally abusive but this time it was so much worse than ever before. There was just disdain twoards me. I am cutting my comunication lines but how do I deal with the hurt? I can't sleep because I can feel my heart breaking.
