Coping with this awful feeling

Hi everyone, I had a question for you. Ok, now that this horrible relationship has ended and hopefully he will never come back, I am starting to see a pattern in myself that i am not liking. For instance, i have a HUGE problem trusting what a man says. Next, everyone including my friends - I feel that i need to walk on egg shells around them or they are going to get mad and leave me. Is this normal? I mean my ex use to threaten to leave or withdrawl from me if i said something he didn't like, but i love my friends and they love me - but i am afraid that if i step out of line or give my opinion and they don't like it they will not call me or they will leave me. Is this something I am just going through because of him? I am really not trusting anything right now! Thanks and i hope everyone is safe! XOXOXOX
