i also went through the no trusting anyone i think thats quite normal...my ex would call up to 30 times aday!!! he has stopped some of it now since he has a new girl friend. i wouldnt date right away .you may feel that you need someone but i would wait. wait at least 6 months or so. it takes time to heal all the pain that you have been in .take time to enjoy your new freedom!! before you get into something serious. i dated afew months later and it was terrible... unless your really ready to move on and really trust again i would wait a while longer. good luck to you!!
