I had to smile when I read the part about the credit card. SAME thing with me. I got out on my own and that was the first thing I did was get my OWN card. My mom was with me and told me I was NOT going to the dollar store, but one of the store in the mall..I was after bath towels and wash rags...I spent 15 dollars ON ONE TOWEL!!!
I think my mom enjoyed more seeing me finally free to do these things, than anything in the world.
