If supervised visition does not continue, go for what they call the Doubtfire Clause in this state - where he can't have a babysitter during his visitation without giving you first right of refusal for watching your own kids (this includes any of his family). That he cannot leave a certain area (metropolitain whatever) with the children, or has to get written permission from you to do so, and will provide an adresse and phone number of the location they can be reached. That he pay a percentage of their extra activies, to include sports, extra curricular activities, camps, etc. That he has X number of days from a given date to return to you (list of items that belong to you and the children). Um, that's all I can think of for now. Hope it helps.

How about that he provide their health insurance coverage, and pay a percentage (determined the same as child support) of their medical bills and he has two weeks to reimburse any receipts you send him.
