Thanks for responding. Numerous times I have given my lawyer lists of household items - mine, his, and nonmarital property (gifts), to be awarded accordingly.
As for the divorce settlement I am looking for answers such as - make my husband carry life insurance so that if he dies, the life insurance will cover the amount I would have received in child support payments. Also, make it in writing that husband can not obtain a passport for the kids (in case he still intends to kidnap them and take them overseas)-redflag it with the passport people. Also continue supervised visitation. Any other ideas?
