I have been reading this board for a couple of years and have found it to be helpful, both in my abusive marriage and after. I am a female muslim, with children. Currently I am tied up with my husband in court trying to get divorced. My husband still has not given our children and I our things back, and it has been over 1 year. My husband is from Pakistan, I am American, and I have a full order of protection. Does anyone have any advise to give me about what to put in my divorce settlement? I have a good lawyer, and she says I will get sole physical and legal custody. Currently my husband has supervised visitation. I have given my lawyer all of my voluminous evidence. Thanks
