I don't know why I am glad it is almost over as it gives us something to do during the day. It will be hot in TX in the summer as well.
I need to check out what books I have and what I am doing next. I think most of it is A Beka. We had a flood in the basement before we left and I lost a lot of books! I am so mad. It was the books I would use for my youngest and then I could sell them or get rid of them. Now I have to buy books for one child. UGH!
We are using A Beka for Grammar and Math right now. I would love to change to Teaching Textbooks for Joshua but not sure hubby will let me spend the money for one child. We shall see.
My 10th grader is using Apologia. He likes it. Joshua (6th grader) likes Bob Jones for science and history.
As for me, I am doing okay. I am a bit lonely since we moved but I am sure that will change. We have a nice 3 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms. It is a huge apartment. It is 1392 sq. ft. We love the apartment. We are having a hard time finding a good church. One good thing is that my place is clean... all the time. I have nothing to do but clean. lol Plus when we moved we got rid of tons of stuff so we don't have the clutter.
