Shelly, what are you using for history and science for your 6th grader? I will have my ds do the speed reader at his own pace (um...is that an oxymoron?) 
I'm curious as to what else Joshua is using since he is the same grade as my son. We are using Spelling Power for my son, and he is doing Wordly Wise for vocabulary. So far so good. It is a much "meatier" vocabulary resource instead of just a list of words and definitions to memorize like ABeka's lists.
I wonder where Kimberly is?? Too busy with that baby, I imagine. Are you and I and Kimberly the only ones holding up the fort here???
