Remember me? haha...I've been scarce for a couple of months. I think I may have told you last time I was here, that my Dad went in to a nursing home. Well, unfortunately, he had to go back into the hospital after that, and he passed away in February of kidney failure. So, I, along with my brothers and my dh, have been very busy with my mom; making sure she is o.k., spending extra time with her, helping her to move into a smaller apt., etc...life has been a blur!
Shelly, I'm curious. What spelling program did you decide to go with? I was checking out Spelling Power at our homeschool convention this past Saturday. We also ordered Teaching Textbooks for my ds for the fall. It's been a very tough year, as far as math is concerned. I am so disappointed with ABeka's 5th grade math, especially the very vague explanations. So, taking a deep breath, we're going to try something else, because my ds has been dreading arithmetic every day.
How are you doing? Anything new? I must have missed SOMETHING the past couple of months. LOL!
How is everyone else doing? Kimberly? C'mon, everyone catch me up!
