Some things you just can't give up on. You say you find this in all youth groups. So maybe it's time people didn't just up and leave the youth group because of this problem. Maybe a change needs to start with you. I think that with the strength of God, you can really create a change. We all can. Obviously people agree with you- it's just that it's our nature to stay where we're comfortable with things and not have to create change where we're comfortable. I say you start making people uncomfortable for the better of this youth group. I think you're right in your assumptions because the youth group has been very cold and uninviting to some people- but not all. How about you and I... and anyone else that cares to join us... start trying to change things in youth group.
A- How their week has been
B- What they had for lunch
and
C- How they've been feeling about God lately... how they're relationship with God is.
It's past time.
So lets make the changes!
