You should try talking with the breeder you purchased your puppy from, they should help you out with all these questions, like bloodline, pedigree, health of the lines, behavier of the lines, etc. OEB's normally will reach full height around 10 mths, and width could take as long as 3 yrs depending on the lines, usually around 15 mths that will start coming on but full maturity could take that long.
We always give our buyers, full instructions on their new additions and are always here for them after the pups leave for any questions they have for the lifetime of the pup/dog.... talk to your breeder they should know best regarding their particular line of OEB.
