Wolverine versus Hulk.... new Ultimates miniseries

There is a new miniseries coming out... Ultimate Wolverine vs Hulk, written by the writers of the smash hit TV series "Lost" (mind you, I've never seen "Lost" myself, so I cannot judge it).
Mark Millar said that the script to the miniseries was AWESOME. It has to do with Nick Fury sending out Logan to go looking for Banner/Hulk.
The thing I don't understand, and sorry for all you Wolverine folks out there (me being one of them), but Ultimate Wolverine is going to get his butt kicked bigtime by Ultimate Hulk.
As much as I want this to be a fair fight, Ultimate Hulk is just way too powerful (see the first two Ultimates arcs for proof). First, Ultimate Hulk single handedly took down the Ultimates, then he wiped out the alien race as well.
Fair fight? I think not.
Thoughts?
