i consider myself as knowing as much or more than any1 else about wolverine. and spidey did say that in that book, and a few other times as well he sed he couldnt believe how fast logan was. but most of the time wen tht happened logan was in berzerker gear. so thats more animal instinct and reflexes. when in tactically trained mode, he seems to be more captain americas reflex speed not spideys but is much more effective. this is just wat ive noticed. strength wise cap is stronger. i bet logan puts up600 lbs
