I believe Lady Marina Charlotte Windsor has converted; not sure about her younger sister, though.
As for Princess Beatrice: I know her husband is Catholic; but I'm not sure if she was the first dynast to marry into the faith after the change of law.
Yes, I think the Earl of St. Andrews was the highest ranking royal who had his rights restored after the change of the law. Second is Prince Michael of Kent.
Since both the son of the Earl of St. Andrews and his younger brother, Lord Nicholas, became Catholics, both are excluded from the line of succession.
Not sure about the two daughters of the Earl of St. Andrews, they may also have opted for their mother's religion.
My understanding is that according to the modified succession act of 2013, the ban on dynasts who had done this was lifted -- although Catholics still cannot become sovereigns in their own rights. Does this mean that Prince Michael of Kent got his place in the line to the throne restored?
Also: was Princess Beatrice the first British dynast since this act to marry a Catholic without forfeiting her place in the succession?
