Perhaps the Prince has experienced a bump on the head since 2006?

He gave a speech in the Welsh language when attending the opening of the Welsh Assembly building in 2006.

Since the majority of Welsh people (myself included) cannot speak the language fluently, its a bit rich to expect Prince Charles to speak it fluently, the important thing is he can deliver speeches in the language if and when necessary.

Is there any particular reason why your seeming only interest in reporting the current tour of Canada is to promote negativity anyway you can?
