Prince William to represent Queen in New Zealand

"Clarence House said William would go to Auckland and Wellington for three days in January before an unofficial trip to Australia..."

If an appearance by the next king bar one manages to have some effect in turning around the monarchy's flagging fortunes in those two countries,I suspect Canada will quickly be next on the list?
