Well as the author of the books she would still sign off on the cover and if the publishers in the US didn't know her proper styling she could have altered it. Im afraid Sarah doesn't mind using her royal connections and former title to earn her extra dollars miss Sarah Ferguson would not get. Im surprised BP hasn't protested against the use of the duchess of York on the covers of her books, they should have.
