It's her title she can use it however she wants, until she marries then she's still Sarah,Duchess of York. Other minor royals use their titles for business purposes. Princess Michael of Kent has an interior design business, she designed some rooms in a Moscow hotel and they advertise those rooms on their website as 'designed by HRH Princess Michael of Kent'. Historically some minor royals advertised Ponds beauty cream in the 1930s. Royals (or fringe royals) using their titles in business didn't begin with Sarah, and probably won't end with her either.
