If I read this correctly, it is not during a vacation. The Prince, in his role as trade ambassador for the UK, attends the World Economic Forum in Davos.
He might combine with a ski-vacation, but mostly his time will be spent taking part in meetings. Judging from last year, he will also be supposed to host receptions etc where he stays.
