He is not a nephew of Heinrich, but of Hans Heinrich (aka 'Heini') Thyssen-Bornemisza (Heini Thyssen-Bornemisza [1921 - 2002], was the famous art collector and the father of Archduchess Francesca Habsburg).
And now to the relation between Baron Bentinck and Heini Thyssen-Bornemisza:
Heini Thyssen's sister Gabriella married in 1938 Adolf Wilhelm Carel Baron Bentinck. The mentioned Baron Bentink is their son (Steven Charles John Bentinck). So, Heinrich Thyssen-Bornemisza was his grandfather.
