If the reports that Prince William wants to wait until he's 30 before he gets married are to be believed, what are the rules or customs associated with royal betrothals that he must observe? Is there a minimum or maximum time that they must be engaged for? Does the reqirement for the announcements of Marriage Banns apply or is The Queens consent enough?
