I'm not sure this is correct. I recall reading (and I think it was from Lord Archer, so perhaps not the most reputable source!) that Rt. Hon. and Hon. (for MPs) is only correctly used in a parliamentary context. I'll check Debrett's Correct Usage when I get home.
