The 6th Earl of Lichfield has become engaged to Lady Henrietta Conyngham.

This family really marries well. Last year the earl's first cousin, Lady Rosanagh Innes-Kerr, married Viscount Grimston, heir to the earldom of Verulam.

Lichfield is also a first cousin of the future dukes of Westminster and Roxburghe.

An interesting connection is that Henrietta's father, the Marquess Conyngham, married secondly to Lady Iona Grimston, Viscount Grimston's aunt.
