The Elizabeth Cross is presented to soldiers families by HM The Queen

Its a rather strange clip, HM seems to struggle to find any conversation with the families (for all her attributes personal contact is not one of her strengths) and then it might just be me mishearing it but she seems to acknowledge to one family that she's never actually seen the Elizabeth Cross before and isn't sure how it is worn.

Does anyone else hear this?
